How to Apply for Government Jobs 2025 – A Guide for My Sisters in Pakistan

Young woman applying for PPSC government job online from phone

Sisters, if you’re reading this, I want to tell you something important.

You deserve a secure, respectable career — and a government job in 2025 might just be the opportunity you’re looking for. Whether you’re a fresh graduate, studying for a Master’s, or sitting at home wondering “what now?” — Like an older brother. I’m here to walk you through every step.

Let’s go through everything — how to apply, which websites to visit, what documents you need, and what you should study.

Step 1: Understand Which Govt Job is Right for You

There are different government commissions in each province:

If you’re from Punjab, start with PPSC jobs. If you want a federal-level job (in Islamabad or departments like Customs, FIA, or ASF), then go for FPSC.

Step 2: Visit the Official Websites (Don’t Trust Facebook Links)

Here are the only official and safe websites:

Never apply through unofficial sites or YouTube comments. Always go to the official platform.

Step 3: What Documents Do You Need?

Before you apply, keep these things ready:

  1. CNIC (ID card) – Must be valid
  2. Your recent photograph – Passport size, white background
  3. Educational certificates – Matric, Inter, Bachelor’s/Master’s
  4. Domicile certificate – Shows which province you’re from
  5. Typing certificate (if applying for clerk-type jobs)

Put these documents in one folder on your phone or computer — it saves a lot of time.

Step 4: How to Apply for a Job?

Let me explain this just like I did for my own sister last week.

For Example – Applying on PPSC

  1. Go to www.ppsc.gop.pk
  2. Click on “Apply Online
  3. Choose the job that fits your education (like Lecturer, Sub Inspector, Assistant)
  4. Fill in your name, CNIC number, address, etc.
  5. Upload your picture and scanned certificates
  6. Pay the application fee (Rs. 600) — you can use,JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank
  7. After submitting, save your Application Number — you’ll need it later

Step 5: Prepare for the Test — Even If You’re Not From a Big City

A lot of my sisters say, “I live in a small village, how will I pass the test?”

You absolutely can.

Here’s what to study:

Books to Buy (Even Online):

Real Questions My Sisters Ask Me.

Q:Can I submit over one application for a job?

Yes, but you have to submit separate applications and pay fees separately.

Q: I don’t have a laptop. Can I apply from mobile?

Yes. All websites work on mobile phones. Simply take your time and use Google Chrome.

Q:If I pass the test, how will I know?

PPSC and FPSC post results on their official websites. You can also follow pages like schapak.com for updates.

Q: Is the test difficult?

Not if you prepare. Many girls like you have passed and now working as teachers, inspectors, and officers.
