Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz’s Order, Apni Chhat, Apna Ghar Is Helping Many People

Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the Chief Minister of Punjab, announced to start the Apni Chhat, Apna Ghar program. This program is working very well now. People have paid back Rs. 9 crore 24 lakh in loan money, which shows that this program is honest and clean. Now, more than 22,600 houses are almost ready. Over 25,500 families already got house loans worth more than Rs. 27 billion. More than 12,000 families got their second payment to build their houses. Now, 2000 more loans will also be given.

This program gives loans to people in cities to build houses from 1 marla to 5 marla. In villages, plot owners with 1 to 10 marla land can also get loans. People can apply for these loans from home by visiting the website: acag.punjab.gov.pk.

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz said, “This program is running with the dream of Quaid Muhammad Nawaz Sharif. It is making many families happy. new house makes me feel so happy. Me and my team are working hard to finish this project on time.

She also said, “Before this, many people made fake promises about giving houses, but our PMLN party made this program real in a short time. I thank Allah that He gave me this chance to keep another promise to the people

• Government is giving free 3 marla plots to people who really need it.

Who Can Apply for This Scheme?

To get this plot, people must follow these rules:

• Person should be from Punjab and also living in Punjab.
• Person should not have any land or house already.
• Family income should be less than Rs. 30,000 every month.
• Widows, orphans, divorced ladies, disabled women, and people who live in rent or katchi abadis will get more chance.
• Person must have a valid CNIC (identity card).

Step 1: Go to Website
First, you need to visit the Punjab Government’s official website. Or you should wait for the new website for this scheme from Maryam Nawaz acag.punjab.gov.pk. This portal coming soon.

Step 2: Fill the Form
You can do two things:

• Fill the form online (when website starts onboarding), or
• Download the form and give it by hand.

You will write these things in the form:

• Your CNIC number
• How much money your family earns
• How many people are in your family
• Where you are living now rented house, katchi Abadi,

Step 3: Add Documents
You need to send these papers with your form:

• Copy of your CNIC
• Income proof (if you have it)
• Disability, widow, or divorce paper (if it applies to you)
• Any paper that shows where you live (like electricity bill or rent slip)

Step 4: Send the Form
You can give your form in two ways:

• By hand at:
  • Union Council Office
  • Tehsil Office
  • Assistant Commissioner Office
  • Housing Department Office

Step 5: Checking and Lucky Draw
After your form is sent:

• Your form will be checked online
• If you are okay, your name will go in a lucky draw
• If you win, you will get a 3 marla plot
• You will get a message or phone call if you are selected
