Students who are currently studying as regular students in any university of Pakistan or graduate college in Punjab whether public or private can apply for a bike under this scheme. This institute must be manzoor shuda by the Higher Education Commission.
The students regular enrollment status will be verified by their college or university before approval.

This scheme is only for students currently enrolled in Degree Colleges and Universities located in the following five cities:

• Lahore
• Rawalpindi
• Faisalabad
• Multan
• Bahawalpur
